Electrical Load calculation options

In circuit manager; the ability to toggle a circuit to have its load be calculated "by device" as it is now, or "by circuit" with the ability to specify a circuit load irregardless of the connected devices. If "by circuit" was selected, the user would have two options; first, specify a fixed load for the circuit, this would be useful in areas like a dwelling unit kitchen where the code requires a specific load to be used per circuit. Second; some way to specify a load by area, perhaps a tick box in circuit manager to select multiple circuits to be part of a group which would equally share a specified total load for the entire "loadgroup style". This would be beneficial when designing to the code which requires a particular load per square foot.

In broad strokes, some load calculation functionality that aligns with the NEC, so one could opt to use connected load or calculated load (by area, Etc.)

Thanks.
