The main Buildings Systems readme should explain where you can install
Express Tools from, and it will also call attention to a specific readme
regarding compatibility issues you should be aware of when using Express
Tools in an ADT/ABS environment. Due to several issues, we felt it would be
a bit misleading to advertise them in such an upfront manner in the main
front-end installer.
