We are trying to size our hot water system (for a commercial kitchen). We have 5.25 WSFU's on a branch and the "Size Plumbing Line" utility is saying that the flow rate is 25 GPM which is giving us a 1-1/4" pipe size. Based upon our old way of doing things, it should be a 3/4" pipe size.
In Appendix E of the IPC there is a table that correlates WSFU to GPM, is there something similiar in MEP that we can manipulate to get the right GPM?
