Viewing 2004 objects in 2000

I have a DWG created in BMS2004 and a client who is trying to use this drawing in ACAD2000. He says he cannot see my objects even after installing the 2004 Building Systems Object Enabler and turning on proxy objects. Are we missing something? How do we do this so he can work with my drawing?

You will need to run AECexplode to send the drawing in any useable format. Also there is no object enabler for Autocad 2000, 2000i or 2002 and building systems 2004
