Using spaces

IS there an annotation tag in mep 2008 that will bind to a "space" and give information like area and possibly dimensions of the room or "space"?

thanks

I dont think I've seen one out of the box, but I don't think it would be difficult to create one, given that Spaces have property sets as well...

maybe a tutorial u can recommend... i tried building a block with an attribute tied to the property set of a space, but when i add it to me tool pallete and drop it back in it doesnt ask which space to pull from and i get some invalid space designated error... its always tied to the same space

You'll have to create your own, the 'Room Tag' reports the Area & Room Size you need, but uses the Space *Style* name, not the Space Name as defined in the Design Tab of properties.

You might be able to edit the attributes in the DWG file that defines this tag to display the Space Name.
My other CAD is a Cadillac and I like to Revit to the Max!
