Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 63728h

I'm getting this error way too often. I originally thought I was getting it because I was running 1 Gig of RAM. Now I'm running 3.5 Gig, and while it seems like I can work longer before I get the error, I'm still getting the error.

Set Up:
Windows XP Professional 32-bit
Intel Core2 Duo 2.53 Ghz
3.5 GB Ram
NVIDIA Quadro NVS 290 (using the same driver version suggested by Autodesk)
AutoCAD MEP 2010 (Only getting this error when running MEP)

I get the error most often, it seems, when I am picking an object. I've tried different mouse (mice, mouces, meaces). It did seem like I got this error more often using a wireless mouse. I am now using barebones wired optical mouse with "Microsoft USB Wheel Mouse Optical" driver.

The only deviation is that I might get the same error, except it'll read: ". . . Exception at 0h"

I even turned on the "3G Switch" and I'm still getting this error.
