Transition Plumbing Fittings - 2009 MEP

I am having some issues in showing my transitions fittings small or not at all. I have tried a lot of different things. here is what the issue is.

I was able to find this issue. I had to chage my reducer fitting to a coupling fitting. Heres how i did it.

Also,
the only other way i can do this is only provide a coulpling fitting in its place instead of a reducer. The couling seems to be the only real fix that looks good and works well.
