Smooth radius transition elbow

Does anyone have a smooth radius transition elbow (rectangular) that they'd like to share with the rest of the DG?? We've tried to create one, but are failing miserably (spelling??).

Thanks in advance!

Matt -

How have you tried to create the tee?

I would do it using the parametric part builder, draw the arc
with a short line at either end, and extrude a rectangular
profile using the path
feature.

I played with it for a few minutes - the jpg is what I came up
with. I am not happy with the inside radius of the elbow - it
should be a 90
degree arc.

I hope this helps...
