Single Line Pipe Display by Scale

Is there a way to set up pipe to display single line differently according to scale. Example: I want 4" pipe and below to show single line in 1/8" views and 2" pipe and below to show single line in 1/4" views. Is this a display configuration setting, or is it not an options at all?

You can control the display of the pipe by size by editing the pipe system definitions. However, I don't think that there is a way to have different size ranges used based on different scales.
