Schematic Pipe + Properties Dialog Crash

With AutoCAD MEP 2010, every time a piece of schematic pipe is selected and we try to bring up the properties dialog AutoCAD crashes. This issue seems to only happen in one file that we have so far. Recovering fixes 3 errors, auditing the file fixes 2 errors; however it doesn't seem to be fixing the errors because if you audit the drawing again it says that the 2 errors are fixed anytime you audit the drawing. This has occurs on two separate computers but for some reason it fixed its self on one computer and still doesn't work on the other. Has anyone experienced a problem with this? Attached is the file. I am experiencing this same issue. We have installed the MEP 2010 service pack and it appeared to have resolved the issue, but now all of our machines have this issue across all drawings.

It only appears to be affected by the plumbing package in MEP.

We are running Windows 7 64-bit with AutoCAD MEP 2010 w/ service pack 1.
