Running object snaps for Core AutoCAD (osmode) are not stored in the drawing file... but in the registry... but isn't saved in the Profile (Profile Tab in options dialog).
Can someone confirm this?
How bout MEP snaps? Where are they stored? In the drawing file?

This did help in one respect...
... however, I wanted to know where the settings were stored...
.... I have a user asking that these be set in the templates (dwt files).
The OSMODE I know is set on the machine and not in a drawing file.
The variable for MEP snaps is what I am asking about... where the value stored?
I believe AECBOSMODE is also on the machine and same as OSMODE.
This "template" based feature does not yet exist in the program.
We do believe that this would be very helpful to have in the program, and feel that you raise a very good case for enhancing the product.

This functionality is easily achieved by using lisp, extension dictionaries, and reactors. On the open event, load the variable values and on the save event save the variable values.
