"Insert Disk" error

We're running BS3 and getting a dialog box titled "Insert Disk" that says "Please insert a disk into drive E:" The dialog box has a cancel button (no ok button), but when you push the cancel button several more of the same dialog boxes come up before it lets you go back to your drawing, and in the process it doesn't crash the computer, but it stalls it. This happens when opening a drawing, when switching between drawings, and when opening the "options" menu. Can somebody help me with this quick? We're using Win 2k Pro, Pentium IV 1.8GHz machines. Thanks!

Sounds like one of the components didn't install correctly, you might have to try and reinstall your Building Systems.

We're running the same platform with no problems.

Hi Amber -

Please check your support paths for anything on E as well as settings in
options for paths to stuff on E. Also, if you've opened a drawing recently
on an "E" drive, your remembered files list???
