"Area Served" in Panel Schedule

How do you attach the "Area Served" to the electrical circuit home run so that it will show up in the panel schedule. I have tried to attach a circuit description in the "Wire Properties" - "General" tab - Description" but it dosen't show up in the Panel Schedule. Am I doing something wrong? I have tried the method in TS68991.

Hi John -

This has been changed in R3 as the objects can be connected to a panel
without using wiring in R3. The Area served is now taken from the circuit
description in circuit manager. When you upgrade an R2 drawing to R3 the
wiring properties "should" automagically be placed in the circuit
description for you, but to add them / edit them once you are in R3 you'll
need to use circuit manager.

Thanks Jason,

I had already found out that I could add the circuit description in circuit manager but I was trying to find a way that I could add the description on the home runs while laying out the circuits.

If you bring up the circuit manager to add the circuit description on top of the drawing, you have to exit the ciruit manager to pan or move the drawing to see the circuits you want to name. Works ok but it is sort of cumbersome.

Program is still a big improvement over ABE2...
