Piping Gap to much in Sheet Plot

When i create a sheet the piping gas is to big. This also starts when i begin a view as well. Its smaller but when i creat a Sheet the gap is much larger and looks terrible. What am i missing?.

check your gap setting in your options. if you ahve the gap set for "apply annotation scale to gap" this will affect how large you gap appears in the sheets.

also may want to make sure settings are consistent between your 'working' .dwg and the sheet .dwg. Settings in the sheet .dwg override settings in the working .dwg.
