Piping Catalogs lose their way??

At times when modeling between service weight and heavy weight fittings and pipes the catalogs lose their way and all routing preference methods. In otherwords I can't place any SANR, VENT...etc. runs without the catalog part selection dialog box popping up for "every" fitting or pipe being designed in the model. It is very frustrating and I don't now what is the best method to get the catalog(s) back in order so I auto-run piping again.

Can someone please tell me how to reset the catalogs in a drawing (insert template? Overwrite IUS files...etc.). I am losing lots of time on this project as a result.

Please advise.

Thank you kindly.

Looks like AutoCAD MEP created a temporary catalog for the overrides to the heavy duty and service weight piping changes. Once I deleted the "temp" catalog to drawing responded appropriately.
