pipe preferences

This is new... but even though I still have all my pipe & pipe fitting
defaults set, half the time I modify a pipe fitting, it tells me "No Default
Part Set" so I have to choose the PIPE between the fittings. Over & over
again I have to choose schedule 40 butt wellded pipe US imperial carbon
steel... and yes, the box is checked to make it the default. *shrugs* It
didn't do this before... and now I'm going nuts. It's wasting an hour of my
day every time i need to make lots of changes. Can anyone offer any insight
& help?

Hi Clint,

Is this something that happens only in a specific drawing or do this happen
if you start a new drawing as well?

If it's just a specific drawing, could you send that to me or post it under
customer files and I will take a look at
it.(news://discussion.autodesk.com/autodesk.autocad.customer-files)
