opening abs4

I have had problems opening ABS4. I have installed it as a side-by-side instalation. I can get it to come up for a while, but after useing it for some time it won't open. I open from the icon and from the start menu. What it acts like it is going to open but it doesn't. Sometimes it will leave the palettes running and that is all I can see. I have gone to the task manager and it is still running the program but I can't see anything. on my second install i was working in it for a couple of hours. then I closed it and tried to reopen and it would show anything but the palettes. If I could get a lot of help that would be great. thank for any help at all.

I had this problem when I loaded both the standard
acad menu and the ABS menu.  You might try unloading all your menus (or
temporarily moving them to a new folder).  After I did that I could get the
program to load up.  Move the menus back and reload them but don't load the
acad.mns with the bsdt4.mns or you'll have problems again.
