Please Help!.. is it possible to convert MXD file to autocad drawing?.

The MXD file type appears to be a GIS Map format.  AutoCAD MEP does not import that file type.  AutoCAD MEP does import several image formats like jpg, gif, bmp, png and tiff.  You may be able to find a 3rd party conversion program that will save it to one of these formats.  You could also ask this question in the AutoCAD MAP forum, to see if the MAP program will open this file type.
