multiview part style dialog box

I had this problem with 2015, but was hoping it would go away with 2016. The mvpart box wont allow any sizing at all. This is the only dialog I noticed that Im having this problem with.
I imported settings from 2015 rather than do it manually, so this may have carried a problem over.
I would like to avoid a clean install, cause I have done some work already on set ups

Ive had a look on another computer and can see that the box does not resize

it looks lke the content is larger than the box as it is displaying

Did you ever figure out the problem? and find a solution, I have this problem and it's quite annoying
