multiple objects

Hi!

I've a problem with the multiple objects tab. If i assign a line and a text object together, the workspace always change the home tab to multiple object tab. If i want to use any of home panels, i have to click on the home tab, and then... It's too much time for me. Can you tell me, how can i assign these object, so i stay in the home tab?
