Missing orange triangle alerts

The orangle triangle alerts on the end connections of duct and fittings has disappeared and I can't figure out how to get them back. The reason I need them is that it makes it super easy to connect to the duct or fitting if those symbols are there.

I did do an audit of my drawing, would that casue them to disappear?

any help would be great,

They more than likely got turned off accidently.  Luckily they are very easy to turn back on.  Switch to the view tab on the ribbon and on the MEP View Panel hit the solution tips button.  Or alternately just use the command SOLUTIONTIPSTOGGLE.
