MEP Light Switches

I noticed in the tool palette that MEP only offers single pole and 3-way switches. I'm looking to set a 2g single pole switch

and MEP doesn't offer one. I tried taking two single pole switches and placing them side by side. In the 3D view it shows the switches sitting roughly 2' apart. When I take the switches in the model and place them side by side then in plan view the two switch symbols are sitting on top of one another and no longer looks like a 2g single pole switch. Is there anyway to edit the switches and or create a new one that still holds the wire connection function?

coy the style from a single pole switch. but under the connectors tab, add another connector.  Be sure to change the location or the connectors will be on top of each other.
