Lost properties pallette

I opened MEP 2012 this morning to realize that my properties pallette had magically disappeared overnight, and I cannot, for the life of me, find it anywhere. I have minimized my screens, undocked the other pallettes, xrefs, and layer manager, and it is nowhere to be found. When I click on the tools drop down, and click on properties, it comes on in the command prompt, but nothing comes up. When I click it again, it says properties closed, which tells me it is open somewhere. I am stumped. Any help is very much appreciated.

Try switching your profile and see if it shows up.  Then switch back to your original profile.  This is a trick that i use that works about 80% of the time.

open cui editor find the prop pallete and edit the properties to have it dock to one side or the other.
