insulation lineweight

Can we arrange insulation layers?. Normally it just offets the layer that we
used in pipe or in duct. I couldnt find any solution for this.

Try this:

open Display Manager

expand 'Representations by Object'

expand 'Duct'

click on a view there, such as Model or Plan

 

Are these the settings you're looking for?  You can open your template, make changes you want, & save the template to keep the settings permanently.  Hope it helps.
