Can anyone help me, before I go completely Bald!!!!!

I am trying to Import an RFT/RFA file from one of our suppliers to AutoCAD MEP. Is there anyone out there that knows how to do it?

Unless you have Revit, there is no way to convert these files to ACAD MEP. The rft extension is a revit file and the rfa extension is a revit family file.

If you have Revit and simply want to use the families in AutoCAD, then open the families in Revit, and EXPORT them to a .dwg file format.

If you don't have Revit, and you know this is a one-time thing, then download/install the trial, get it done, and uninstall. Alternatively, if you have a good relationship with your supplier, ask them to export the families to .dwg files.
