I've lost my ADT3.3 Design Menu Pulldown

Can Anyone help please.

I've just installed ADT Building Systems 3 for evaluation after uninstalling
ADT3.3

All of the pulldowns are there except the Design one. If I open one of my
earlier drawings I can right click and edit the ADT objects, however I can't
add new ADT content via the Menu bar.

Both the Documentation and Desktop pulldowns are there. I've tried menuload
to find the ADT functions but it's not there.

Am I missing soething obvious.

Type menuload, go to the menubar tab
Under menugroup, select the aecarchx menu and then from the left side
pane (menus) select design then click insert
