How to link dynamic block property in the Property sets??

dear all, i am looking for advice how i could read (link) dynamic block's property data in the Property sets?

For ex. if i change the height of column as property of dynamic block, I would like to read this property in the Property sets definitions?

Add an Attribute in Block Editor, edit the default value and link it to a Field.  Field's category = Object; Field name = BlockPlaceHolder; then select the property you wanted from the list.

It is not ideally what i am looking for.

My idea is how to read this attribute (field) in the Property Sets Formula definition??

Please have a look at the print where i am trying to indicate where exactlly i wish to be able to read attribute.

Is this vanilla AutoCAD?  Looks like some vertical to me?  You may have better answer in the right discussion group.
