First under option make sur they are turned on and set for the way you wish to view them. The second part is to use a display representation that included haloed lines.

Hi,

The haloed line settings should be all set in the
default Building Systems templates (Aecb Building Model). Go to Display Manager
and select the Duct object, you will be able to find out which display set uses
the HaloedLine display representation. And you should find that the
Standard and the Simple 2 Line display configurations will display the
haloed line.

Hope it helps.
