Grouping Objects in a Schedule

I'm researching AutoCAD MEP to replace normal AutoCAD in our mechanical department and researching it's capabilities, so this might be a stupid/obvious question to some.

I want to group objects together in a schedule so that instead of listing 5 Air Terminals with exactly the same properties, there'll be one line with a total quantity of 5. Currently AutoCAD MEP is giving each terminal a different mark and lists each terminal on a different line in my schedule. How do I configure it to assign the same mark to terminals that are the same and group them in my schedule? Is this possible?

On the Columns tab of the Schedule Table Style Properties check the Include Quantity Column, you can hide this column if you dont want to display the number, just to group similar objects together.

Thanks Drew! That worked brilliantly. That's a very well hidden feature! Smiley Happy
