furnace property set

i am trying to set up a schedule for furnaces on a project, but for some reason my furnace has a flow of "0".  i checked the property set defination and it has a formula in there.  my ductwork going to the furnace has the correct CFM in their properties.  when i check my furnace properties it has zero for flow.  what do i need to change or what formula do i need to put in the property set so i can get how many CFM my furnace is actually putting into an area?

Can you post a sample drawing drawing with the duct, furnace, and the property sets?  It would be alot easier to see what is wrong if we had that information.
