Extremely Slow Save AutoCAD 2012 MEP

Whenever i go to save, it takes an extremely long time. It never freezes or crashes, it just takes a long time. I am saving over a network, but working with the 3rd party Quickpen we have ruled that out. Quickpen could not figure out the problem(PD3D). My coworker also tried to opena nd save file I was having problem with and same thing happened to him. Its not only the one file its every file i try to use, but its not the same for him, he can get on other files i experience the problem with and he notices nothing. Please advise.

I have the same issue on a new 64 bit dell box running Win 7 .  It seems that Autocad does not work well with the network.  Not only is the saving slow but printing is also slow.  If I save to my local drive it is as quite as it should be.  I have also loaded this on another machine for a comparison and experience the same issues.
