exporting Navisworks (DWFx, DWF, FBX) into MEP---- NOT!

nothing seems to work. I try everything (exporting from Navis) but nothing works on the import side... files are 35mb so I know there is content. Drawing shows up empty/
Anyone have any experience with this? there a switch I need to flip?
