I have been cutting sections for rooms on a project. I have also been creating symbols for the plan view and then in the section view i create a different symbol to match the real world. it works great unless i put text in the section view symbol. my symbol comes in but the text is not there. i am sure i am just missing one step, if someone could please help me out on what i am missing. i create two separate blocks one for plan view and one for 3d view and the text works in a 3d view just not in the section cut.
