Edit block names

How the heck do I change the name of a block?

Ive tried using BEDIT, then using the saveas, but I cant find that "saved as" block anywhere in the drawing

please help 🙂

RENAME

should bring up a dialogue box where you can rename all kinds of things
within the drawing.
