Ductwork Elevation Changes

Hi there, was wondering if you can help me with a simple issue.  I'm a new user to MEP and am just getting into drawing ductwork.

 

I have ductwork running at a high elevation, dropping down under a beam, running under it and then transitioning up at a high elevation again.  How do I draw the ductwork and 'cycle' through the options of transitions ?? (ie. 15 deg., 30 deg., etc.).

Hi, I made a video that demonstrates how to offset duct under a beam, at a set angle.  The same can be accomplished with the "Offset" fitting in lieu of elbows.  I use elbows in the video, but the same workflow concept applies regardless of the fitting used.  here is a link:
