Duct Connection Problems

I'm trying to connect a duct to the top face of another duct (basically
attach to a plenum box) and the program won't do it...it tells me it can't
find a fitting. It won't even let me do a takeoff myself in the top face of
the duct, it always automatically moves it to a side face. What am I doing
wrong?

I have a duct that's 97" wide by 62" high by 48" long and I'm trying to
connect a 44" wide by 34" high duct into the top face of it. Help!

I just posted an avi to customer files that shows how to do this with the
same name as this post. Lemme know if you were looking for something else.
