Drawing freezes when scaling or moving

Whenever I go to scale or move the drawing, it freezes and can minutes to comeback to where it can be placed. What is going wrong or what am i doing wrong?

Have you checked your files for corruption? A corrupt file sounds like the most likely cause for this delay.

Start with doing a RECOVER on your drawings and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then go through some of the other options in the article above.
