Display Representation Pipe Fittings

For some reason some of my pipe fittings and rise/drops are coming in with a solid hatch. Does any one have an idea why this would be? I have attached a picture.

Thanks.

Make sure you don't have a system overide on some of your piping systems. This could possibly be your problem. Also check your display by elevation settings as this could also cause your problem.

Display by elevation is not enabled. There are overrides but it is demo pipe so that is just for the hatch. It has to be some sort of glitch because only some of the fittings have a soid fill. It is not consistent at all. Is there a hotfix out there somewhere? I am using ACAD MEP 2012 with the new service pack.
