Detail Boundary C Inconsistent

How come when I use the detail boundary C, and I
plot it, some sides are thicker than others, it does not remain
uniform?  Secondly, how can I fix this easily, since I already
have over 40 detail boundaries in the dwg?

Thanks,

Mike

We are still having problems with this issue, the
detail boundaries being inconsistent result in a finished project being less
than professional in presentation.  Has anyone from Autodesk reviewed this
issue?

Thanks,
Mike
