Hi Kyle -
The system defs aren't pulled from any of those files. Those files are there
as additional / backup style definitions, but are not pulled in
automatically by the program. If you want to get system defs in existing
drawings you should be able to simply insert a drawing with the system defs
in it into the current drawing.
