I am runnign Windows xp64 professional. Whe I call up AutoCAD MEp it comes back with the following:
Customization file load failed. File not found C:\Documents and Settings\..........\Application Data\Autodesk\MEP2012\Support\MEP
No menus load, no ribbons or bars
I use repair feature............... no change
I deinstalled it, rebooted and reinstalled,.............. no change
It appears that it is not loading. Also I have tried to use the CUI command at the promptand it cannot find it. I looked inot the file path and verify that ti does not exist. How can i get Autocad MEP 2012 to run properly?

Try this:

The free trial version has fixed a few support cases that recently reported this issue. Something about the installer in "some" versions is not installing all support and content files. The free trial version works fine. Our developers are working to address this. Use your existing license and go ahead and activate.
The answer to these questions would help us pin this down:
1. Did you install MEP from the Building Design Suite 2013?
2. Did it come on the flash drive, or download from subscription center?
3. Is it the Standard Premium or Ultimate edition of the BDS Suite?
4. What is your operating system?
5. Did you use a deployment?
6. What products were installed from the Suite?
7. Were they installed one at a time or all in one shot?
Thanks!
Joshua

Wanted to follow up. Did the above help? Do you have answers to the above questions that I can pass on to development?
