Custom tag for air Terminal

Hi

I would like create custom tag for Air terminal contain surface size it means if Air terminal was:

18 X 18 INCH SQUARE LOUVER FACE CEILING DIFFUSER - 10 X 10 INCH NECK

the custom tag is :

SD-1

900 CFM

18"X18"

can you help me ?

I found a few videos about tagging (located below) hope they help. From the first video I was able to create my own custom tag, take a look.
