Connection Marks

When I draw the mechanical piping I want to turn of the connection marks. In ABS 3 I would go to edit pipe style, display properties and turn of the connection marks this would turn it off on all pipes. When I do that in 2004 I also turn of any elbows that are not connected on both sides with straight runs of pipe.

I'm not seeing this kind of behavior when I turn of the connector display.
Would it be possible for you to send me a drawing?
