change of profile crashes ABS

can anyone help? when selecting the ADT metric profile through options my ABS crashes. seems to work ok for other profiles other than the ADT ones

We have the same, trying to change to ADT Metric crashes. What exacty does
the repair do? Why would it need a repair? I Don't want to revert back and
lose any customisation / setup done so far?

It is possible that the registry settings for the profile in question got corrupted. If you have access to another machine with the same profile settings you can export the profile from there, then delete the profile from the problem machine, and re-import it.
