Catalog .apc file not open for read

I am trying to use the tool palettes and keep getting the error message.
"Catalog .apc file not open for read. A specified ABS Catalog within Options is not valid. To resolve, verify the ABS Catalog paths within Options are correct."

The paths that are in Options exist, but are there other paths I need that aren't there? Any one else had this problem and know the solution?

ABS2007.1 changed the location of the catalog files. Using an old profile from ABS2007 causes the paths to be incorrect.

Nice to know that you can't use your old profile from the same basic release. Nice job Autodesk.

Same Problem here!  Forget it!  I have to live with it!
