Cable Tray and Conduit

All I would like to use is the conduit/cable tray portion of MEP. My company runs ACAD 2012, is there other

conduit/cable tray software available or would buying MEP 2012 be feasible??

There's other software, but IMHO MEP is your best bet. You'd have to upgrade to a Building Design Suite, for you the Standard would suffice. 

 

If you're really hard-pressed for that upgrade fee, consider learning the SWEEP command. It would be a little more tediuos, but it can work. Not to mention, later manipulation would be a pain, basically requiring you to redo the entire conduit run.
