Building Systems Tooltips

A friend of mine is having trouble with the building systems tooltips showing up. I checked his building systems tooltips tab and all the boxes are checked. I also checked the tooltips system variable and it was set to one. I was wondering if there is anything else to check or if anyone knows a why they aren't showing up. Thanks.

This was in a previous post , it was the options,
drafting tab, display autosnap tooltip.  Somehow it got unchecked and I
don't know how.  Easy enough to fix, I was just experiencing mental
block for a little..

Hey thanks that did it. I must have missed that other post and I overlooked it when looking through the options.
