block with attribute

I want to insert a block and have the attribute stay horizontal no matter the angle of the block. Does anyone have a way to do this. I would prefer to insert from the tool pallet or a button not a keyboard command.

There have been LISP routines around for years that accomplish this... you may have better luck posting your question in the "AutoCAD > Visual LISP, AutoLISP and General Customization Issues" discussion forum.
