AutoCAD MEP 2012 Tool Palettes

My laptop was recently added to the office network. When I opened AutoCAD MEP 2012 (not for the very first time) after being added it asked me to migrate info from AutoCAD MEP 2011 and I clicked ok. The issue is that I have now lost all of the MEP tool palettes, mechanical, electrical, etc.

How can I get the tool palettes that come with AutoCAD MEP 2012 back?

Any help would be appreciated.

you can reset your settings to out of the box defaults...

start menu > autodesk > autocad mep > reset settings to default

be sure to back up your old settings when prompted...
