AutoCad is running out of system memory...

I have problem:
AutoCad is running out of system memory. Continuing the current operation may result in program failure or loss of data. Do you want ta cancel the current application.

I see this message sometimes цorking with any files.
The consumption of memory "acad.exe" about 1.5 Gb.

Please help me. I need solutions.

The only way to fix it is to upgrade the
computer.  We complained for months then finally got tired of the lack of
response and bought 64bit computers which took care of the system memory
problem.  The MEP 2009 release was a real let down for us, as well as many
other people, it must never have been tested extensively on 32bit
computers, it doesn't work after the dwgs get too huge, and we were spending
more money redoing work lost and restarting etc, that buying new computers was
cheaper than the lost productivity.
